Tampa, FL - In response to the illegal immigration crisis that has resulted according to the FBI in the death of 12 Americans a day since 1984 when the FBI began to keep track of these stats, the outraged Southern Party of Florida announced today that it has passed a binding resolution to boycott the Mexican holiday of Cinco De Mayo, and businesses, products, and media shows that embrace the holiday of Cinco De Mayo.
The binding resolution which passed unanimously can only be lifted once the authorities and the business community starts to seriously crack down on not only on illegal immigration, but also the liberal leaning sympathizers that have all but hijacked tv ads, news papers, publications, and tv shows in favor of this criminal activity.
When asked if this was going a bit over board, Chairperson Floyd responded with…
“The SPFL boycott of Cinco De Mayo is no different, or any more over board then the previous boycott of French products and name sakes such as “French Fries” by the Yankees following 9/11. Some one needs to do something to apply some pressure to the people whom can do something to curb the illegal immigration problem at its source, which is Mexico. To stop a flood, you have to stop the flow of water, and what better way to patch the holes on our Southern border, (until the SPFL can get into power), then a boycott of Cinco De Mayo and a year round boycott of travel and vacationing to Mexico.”.
The party expects to receive some medium to heavy flak for this boycott over the coming months by both the accomplice’s (i.e. supporters & sympathizers) and opponents of illegal immigration.
The SPFL Cinco De Mayo boycott also includes a boycott of the following products and companies the party views as being an accomplice of illegal immigration by association:
- Corona Beer
- Dos Equis
- Tecate
- Miller Brewing Company (Miller Chill Product)
- An all out Travel and Vacation Boycott of Mexico year round
- An all out boycott of all Mexican restaurants and products only on Cinco De Mayo
Many in the media have questioned how successful a boycott of Cinco De Mayo or against Mexican products, and its life line tourism can or would be. Regardless of theory the Southern Party is determined to show Southerners that it means business and intends to do what ever it can to thwart illegal immigration and send these criminals packing. The Party hopes that this boycott will encourage voters to change their affiliation over to the SPFL and thus drum up support for the party in its upcoming donation drives, and in future elections.
Party leaders are expected to kick off the boycott today by giving their business to non-Mexican restaurants such as Carrabas (Italian), Outback (Australian), and Dunderbachs (German).
In addition to a boycott of Cinco De Mayo, the SPFL is expected to announce an all out boycott of any thing that is of economic benefit to Mexico in the coming months. This new boycott will replace the current Cinco De Mayo boycott and is expected to be coordinated with other anti-illegal immigration groups across the South such as the Minute Men.
Party leaders were unable to lock down the specifics of the Mexican Boycott by May 5th and it is due to this uncertainty that the party was forced to push ahead with just a boycott of Cinco De Mayo. Stay Tuned…
