BENNIGAN’S LATEST VICTIM OF RECESSION

NEW YORK, NY (AP) Restaurant chains Bennigan’s and Steak & Ale have filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection and stores owned by its parent company will shut their doors. Here in Florida 13 Bennigan’s restaurants have announced that they will be closing for good this week. 6 of those restaurants are in the Tampa Bay area alone, with the rest of the 13 in Orlando, Miami, and Jacksonville.

The companies owned by privately held Metromedia Restaurant Group of Plano, Texas, filed for bankruptcy protection on Tuesday in the Eastern District of Texas, less than two months after Metromedia said it was not preparing to do so. The leadership of the SPFL wants to take time to express to the Party’s 314 members, supporters and millions of Southron / Confederate comrades in arms across Dixie that we are working very hard for you despite our current policy to remain “under the radar”.

It has been and will remain a policy of the SPFL to maintain a very low profile until next year when the Party can and should be able to stand on its own two feet and fight its own battles free from the “coat tales” of the SCV, UDC, LoS and also free from the confines of the world wide web. TAMPA BLOCADE RUNNER IS THE CSS KATE DALE!

Tampa, FL (FOX) - It’s hard to see, even up close. It’s underwater and most parts are completely covered in barnacles. But Florida Aquarium dive teams have confirmed that a long-submerged wreck in the Hillsborough River is that of the Kate Dale, the first Confederate blockade runner ever found in the state of Florida.

“Oh, it was killer, man,” diver Billy Morris offered. “It was like one of those things, you just get so stoked and you sit there and you’re like, man this is great.”
